Is there a free plan?
After your 14-day Pro trial expires, your account enters a limited free tier. You can still access basic features but with reduced limits. Upgrade anytime to restore full access.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Registered nonprofits receive a 50% discount on Pro plans. Contact [email protected] with proof of nonprofit status.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is permanently deleted. You can export all data as CSV at any time before deletion.
